The St. Francis Civic Association Citizen of the Year dinner is held in January annually. We recognize and honor a citizen that has volunteered and help their neighbors in our St. Francis community. Anyone can submit an application or nomination for anyone they deem worthy. The recipient is thoughtfully determined by a vote of the previous “COTY” Citizens of the Year during our annual meeting on the first Sunday in November. All members are encouraged to come and help us celebrate.
